We are installing in Tuscany a Die-Cutting BOBST SP 102E - Rebuilt

One of our loyal customers from Lucca (Tuscany), will soon die-cut with a Bobst SP 102 E.

The company is specialized in brochures printing that prints with a 5-color sheet fed offset Heidelberg SM 74-5 with CP2000 sold by us
from some years it has diversified part of its production in the packaging sector in conjunction with the best ones growth prospects offered by this market.

The approach to the new market segment by the owners of the Tuscan company in the third generation was gradual and well considered both in terms of timing and investments.

Although already having a good experience in the sale of cartons whose production was entrusted to third parties, the owner decided to invest in the purchase of a Bobst 70x100 format automatic die-cutting machine and a folder gluer, overhauled and guaranteed thus moving the production of the boxes inside.

This policy will ensure the company recovering a good margin as well as being able to guarantee faster and faster deliveries to its customers.

Why BOBST? For the sturdiness and reliability of their machines which remains unsurpassed at all times, allowing machining
with maximum and effective pressure of 250 T !!!!, at high speeds and guaranteed quality.

Why Camporese and Sergio Bocchio's SBM? After a careful analysis by Sergio Bocchio on the customer's needs, the machine in question
was considered to be optimal, alongside it at a later time with a rebuilt folder-gluer rebuilt, too.

The Bobst underwent a zero-copy overhaul, where in the workshop all the machine components found worn were replaced with
new spare parts to ensure maximum performance and reliability.

As soon as the die-cutter begins its work, a coaching to the customer's staff will follow by our instructors with over ten-year die-cutting experience to transfer all the necessary know-how required by the job.

The training period will then allow to our customer's operators to easily switch to the folder-glue machine that will arrive as soon as the
same operators will be able to independently manage the production in the die-cutting machine.

Avoiding overlapping training on the two machines by splitting the deliveries was a preparatory choice suggested by Sergio in agreement
with the customer to reduce the difficulties required by learning both die-cutting and fold-gluing skills.

SBM Srl of Robecco sul Naviglio, in addition to the workshop for the overhaul of the machines, the machine tool department, the well-stocked spare parts warehouse, has also set up a section for the training of die-cutter and fold gluers new beginner operators.

To this end, SBM Die-Cutting and Folder-GLuing Accademy uses a manual on die-cutting drawn up by his specialists and protected by copyright, they carry out lessons in the classroom and soon also on the machines, thanks to another wing of the 10,000 square meter workshop in total used for this purpose with several machines in production, such as a Bobst SP 104 ER and a SP 130 ER both with stripping and blanking stations together with folder gluer for the practical training of future operator students.

Our Tuscan customer is at the moment satisfied with the choice made based on the ingredients described above.

All of us at Camporese and at Sbm, to which a special appreciation goes, we thank the customer for the trust placed in us.
